During a beach getaway in Boracay, we had dinner at Spicebird in D’Mall Plaza. Our baker wanted a refreshing drink and had their “Mango Mint Shake”. The flavors of ripe mango and mint leaves combined very well in this refreshing shake. She liked the drink so much that she knew she had to make a cookie version of it so that people in Metro Manila would be able to try the delicious combination of flavors that Spicebird inspired her to re-create.
