One of our regular customers, Marc, suggested that we make more cheesecake cookies. We had some freeze-dried strawberries on hand at the time, so what better flavor to make cheesecake cookies with than this, right?
We work hard on R&D sessions for new cookie flavors, and it can take many retries before the recipe is finished, but this one was already scrumptious at first try! Lucky~
